THE SUITE 2

The 'Everything Room,' located on level -1 of La Casa Medievale, was once a workshop for a carpenter, woodcutter, and knife grinder. Today, it is a suite with a total floor area of 22 square metres and offers:

A double bedroom;
A 32" TV;
A spacious area with a large desk;
An open wardrobe;
A private bathroom with a large shower.

To ensure maximum comfort throughout the year, the room is equipped with air conditioning for the summer and is thermally autonomous in winter, both with radiators and with a heat pump, at the discretion of the guests, allowing them to adjust their personal comfort level as desired.

The suite enjoys a privileged position, facing south-west, allowing for ample sunlight until late evening. From the window, guests can enjoy views of the city, the picturesque countryside of Pontremoli, the majestic surrounding mountains, the characteristic historic bridge 'della Crësa,' and the tranquil Verde stream.

THE HISTORY OF SUITE 2

Located on level -1 of La Casa Medievale, the "Handyman's Room" was used as a carpenter's, woodcutter's and knife grinder's workshop.
We are told about a room full of tools from where there were sounds of yesteryear such as the axe chopping wood and the knife-grinder's wheel grinding the blades on the stone wheel.

The bench with the grinder's tool was found in the next room. The stone wheel was pedal-driven using the rotation of a wood-lined bicycle wheel and a leather belt that controlled the stone grinding wheel.
